1. All Clothing Sales Are Final

Tee-shirts under clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Other clothing must be in original condition: no stains, all tags attached, unwashed, un-ironed, and in original packaging.

2. Returns

If you need to return an item other than clothing, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for the return to be processed. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

After we receive your return, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the item passes inspection, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, and it can take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account. In the event that the item is deemed ineligible for return, we will notify you and provide further instructions.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, meaning that if a return is approved, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refunded amount. Additionally, if a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund issued. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

5. Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, ensuring that your order reaches you within 1-3 business days after processing.
